Transtech Silverbolt for the Transformer Fanclub. I'm not sure if this was even published so if it hasn't...spoiler! 
Anywho this was a hard draw as this guy is all shoulder and hip. Plus his wings are actually much bigger on the design. I tried to make it appear he was soaring but just couldn't pull it off.....*sigh* win some...lose some
